Our first task was to add back paneling in the form of ⅛” plywood

We measured the vertical elements and cut them all to size.

Notch the vertical elements afterwards.

Next it was time to secure all the vertical elements.

With the vertical elements secure, it was time to create and install the horizontal shelves.

Shelves were installed by attaching them to the vertical elements using corner braces.

To finish off the look, we added a horizontal plywood trim piece at the top of the cubbies.
